Waipa campus treatment plant - gets up and going
Once again the chemical treatment plant located at the Waipa Campus is up and running.

A number of trials were put through the plant - which marks a significant turning point for the campus.

In 2010 the kilns will be restarted which will enable Waipa once again to be a fully integrated sawmilling and wood processing operation.

Given the downturn in the volume of logs being processed nation wide, Waipa is very well placed to recapture lost ground and to increase both it's learning and financial potential.
