Enrolment Process

Enrolments are generally accepted until the commencement of a course. However, since places are sometimes limited, please complete your application and enrolment process as early as possible to secure your place. All courses are subject to sufficient numbers and subject to final approvals. The enrolment process for international students varies. Contact the International Centre for more information.

How to Enrol

There are a few things that you need to do before starting your study at Waiariki:

1 - Send us your completed 2012 Application and Enrolment Form.

2 - We will acknowledge receiving your Application and Enrolment Form in writing.

3 - Contact StudyLink regarding student entitlements (i.e. loans and allowances).

4 - We will contact you about the outcome of your application/enrolment.

5 - We will process your application and enrolment and send you class details and an invoice.

6 - You arrange your fee payment.

7 - You can now apply to StudyLink for a student loan and/or allowance.

8 - You start your studies. If any of the information on your Application and Enrolment Form changes, including your contact details or course of study, you are required to inform us as soon as possible.
