Agriculture Training

In conjunction with Agriculture ITO (Industry Training Organisation), Waiariki delivers the National Certificate in Agriculture at Levels 2 through 5.   Level 2 is ideal for people just starting out in the agriculture industry, while the higher levels are for those already employed in the industry who are seeking to upskill. The training is run part time to suit students who work full time, and to facilitate the practical training that takes place on farms.

Graduates of the Certificate in Agriculture and Farm Maintenance from Waiariki can pathway into a National Certificate in Agriculture at Levels 3 or 4, or begin working in industry.

Graduates of a National Certificate in Agriculture at Levels 3 or 4 can pathway into the National Diploma in Agribusiness Management (Level 5), or begin working in industry.

Different locations for classes are available in Rotorua, Taupo, Reporoa, Whakamaru, and more Training is designed for people at all levels, whether new to the industry or having many years of experience Training fits around the busy times in industry
